A new bespoke extension at an existing bungalow in Cockermouth.
Our design team produced 2D plans to support the planning application which has recently gained planning approval. In addition to this, 3D visuals were created showing our clients how their new living space can be utilised following the completion of the project. A great visualisation tool for showcasing ideas.
A modern three-story home designed for family living. A private driveway has been created and extensive glazing incorporated into the design to take full advantage of the views on offer.
A unique new build designed for a client showing how their unused land could be used. The brief was to create a bespoke home which remained sympathetic to the area, showcasing some traditional charm with a modern twist.
A new modern extension designed to provide additional living space at the rear of a new build home. CGI visuals were created to show our client the proposed deign.
We recently completed works on the construction of a new extension at a property within Penrith, with works also including the installation of a new kitchen and bathroom, extensive external works, and the upgrade of electrics and plumbing.
The new modern extension has enabled our customers to utilise their space more effectively, and full height glazing provides spectacular views across Penrith and towards the nearby Lakeland fells.
A bespoke home improvement project...
Works included the internal refurbishment to a property within Braithwaite, Cumbria. We carried out structural works, creating new openings, the installation of a new Ensuite and Kitchen, as well as the construction of a new staircase which was added to create an additional room within the loft space.
