We have submitted planning for the erection of a single-storey side extension for additional living accommodation at a cottage in Ireby.

The renovation of an existing property using a new bespoke design to modernise and improve the carbon footprint of a semi-detached bungalow in Newlands Valley, Keswick.

The project brief was to construct a single-storey extension over an existing double garage, creating a first-floor lounge and sun room connected to the existing accommodation of a former school building near the A6 south of Shap, Cumbria. The project involved removing a flagged patio deck over the garage and seamlessly integrating the new build with the existing structure and its surroundings.
